• Driver Requirements
  
  The minimum age for renting is 25 years, and a young driver fee is applicable to drivers under this age. There is no specified maximum age, and a Senior driver fee is not imposed. The driver's license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year before the rental start date.

• Deposit and Deductible Policy
  
  A deposit will be placed on the customer's credit card and held until the rental period concludes. The exact deposit amount is established during the pick-up process and depends on the type of vehicle selected.

• Payment Policy
  
  At the time of vehicle pick-up, customers are required to pay the rental amount and provide a deposit. Accepted credit cards must be issued in the main driver's name and include American Express, Diners, MasterCard, and VISA. No other cards or cash payments are allowed.

• Optional Extras and Services
  
  Special equipment choices comprise a GPS navigation system, baby seat (up to 1 year), child seat (2-4 years), booster seat (4-10 years), and Wi-Fi. Prices for these add-ons are visible on the booking page. You can add extra drivers for a fee, and young additional drivers will be subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees. All drivers must be present during vehicle pickup and provide valid documentation. The first additional driver is included at no extra cost.

• Fuel Policy :
  
  The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel, and it must be returned with an equivalent amount to prevent extra charges. Alternatively, the renter has the option to buy a full tank of fuel at the commencement of the rental and return the tank empty. For electric vehicles, it is necessary to return them with the same battery charge as when picked up to avoid additional charges. An extra administrative fee will be applied if a vehicle is returned with less than 30% battery charge remaining.
